Return & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 30-day open purchase for all our products. The time is counted from the day you receive your delivery. Please note that according to our return policy, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it – unused and in the original packaging.

Follow these steps to complete your return:

1. Pack the item well in the original packaging.

2. Label the package with your order number.

3. Send the return package to the address:

The return can be sent with any shipping company.

Refund

Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will make a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be made within 5–10 banking days of receiving the return.
